GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By purchasing an admission ticket, the purchaser and ticket holder submits to the following terms and conditions:

1. children and young people under the age of 18 are not admitted to the event and the event grounds unless accompanied by their legal guardian.

2. there may be a risk of possible damage to hearing and health at concerts, for which the organiser accepts no liability. Direct proximity to the loudspeakers must be avoided and the use of earplugs is recommended. In the vicinity of the stage, entrance and exit, crowding can lead to circulatory problems and crushing injuries, for which the organiser accepts no liability.

3. no liability for damage to property or personal injury. Claims for damages arising from positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded unless the organiser, its legal representatives or its vicarious agents have acted wilfully. Liability claims are excluded. Parking a vehicle on the campsite or car park is at your own risk; the organiser accepts no liability for possible damage, theft or salvage. A separate ticket is required for camping.

4. failure to comply with the instructions of the organiser or its stewards will result in expulsion from the festival site without entitlement to a refund of the ticket value.

5. contractual relationships are established exclusively between the purchaser and holder of the ticket and the organiser through the purchase of the ticket. Ticket exchanges and refunds without cancellation of the event are excluded. Resale is prohibited.

6. return of the ticket only in case of cancellation of the event up to 2 weeks after the concert date by registered letter with return receipt at the expense of the purchaser, postal address in case of cancellation on the homepage. Only the face value of 119.90 Euro (Standard Ticket) or 148.50 Euro (Supporter Ticket) of the ticket will be refunded. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice and to change the location and/or date of the event (within 500 km / 14 months). There is no entitlement to a refund for the above-mentioned reason (date and venue). The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause against reimbursement of the face value of the admission ticket.

7. the admission tickets are replaced by admission wristbands and are no longer valid once they have been cancelled. The admission wristbands are not transferable.

8. anti-constitutional gestures and symbols as well as the wearing of NSBM clothing are strictly forbidden; in the event of non-compliance, you will be immediately expelled from the event site and excluded from the event. We do not tolerate Nazis at our event!

9. peaceful behaviour is desired from all sides. Ticket purchasers are liable for any damage they cause at the event venue. The organiser cannot be held liable for any claims for damages or any claims for accidents, injuries, theft or damage to property. The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. the STVO and maximum walking speed apply on the site. Anyone who starts their car drunk will be expelled from the site immediately.

11. from 1:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m. is night rest, please do not play loud music at this time. Your tent neighbours will thank you!

12. if the Wolfszeit Festival has to be postponed due to Corona measures, the tickets remain valid for possible catch-up dates. Compliance with the infection protection measures of the event is confirmed by the buyer with the purchase of the ticket.

13. no right of cancellation or return: even if the organiser offers admission tickets via means of distance communication within the meaning of Section 312c (2) BGB and therefore a distance contract may exist in accordance with Section 312c (1) BGB, the visitor has no right of cancellation when purchasing an admission ticket in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. This means that there is no two-week right of cancellation or return. Every offer or order of tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation by the organiser and obliges the visitor to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.
